Established in 1986 by Bill Mann, George Yohn and Jess Lagunda. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the company made skate shoes, t-shirts, snowboard boots, and other products, and sponsored professional skaters including Jason Lee and Tony Hawk.

The company changed hands a couple times and is now more mainstream and is available at Sears and Payless Shoes. Rumor is it they are getting back to their roots and releasing some old styles, they do have the 540 on the website.
