These were the main part of the graphics for the Vision Joe Johnson skateboard deck from around 1988. Lots of colorways although there are not that many background designs. I don't think they ever made clear ones of this. Some have a "TM" (after his name at the bottom) and a "®" (after Vision in the middle) which is most likely the later ones.

Don't know who the artist was. Size is 3" in diameter.
